The villa has been behind it for a few years, it was really clean and the view was unbelievably beautiful, but that's about it. There was a lack of dishes, such as water glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses and ect. 3 toilets and one of them not usable !!! burst sofa stool, 1 small and 1 large towel each for 10 days, no towel to change ...; (as I said, the view is beautiful .....

Breath-taking views This villa is for grown ups as the pool is not fenced off on the edge which would spoil the views. Villa was clean, tidy well equipped for a holiday away from home. The neighbourhood is a clean peaceful residential area. Very private not overlooked by neighbours, so nude sunbathing possible. The pool was just right for us to cool off. Car is a requirement as on top of a hill but hence the peacefulness and views. We got what we paid for, it was true to the pictures. Excellent service from the Moraira team who prearranged our request for refreshment upon our late evening arrival. Well done the owners for the upkeep and maintenance of it, nothing failed us. 10/10

Superb view, beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood. 2 unacceptable negative points given the price: 1 single air conditioning remote control for all the rooms of the house and a very low Kwh subscription which does not allow the use of an air conditioning and an electric hob for example ... protection alarm which is triggered (audible and visual). At this price these faults must be corrected urgently !! shame!!!

No edge at the pool, so children can walk on wide edge and fall off. Jacuzzi not cleaned, so dirty and fish in it (did not fall under contract of pool man). Bad bed, causing spit after 2nd day and rest of the week mattress on the floor. Toilets are already rusting, sofa is grubby (dust and broken). Finishing and furniture could be better, but location is beautiful. As a result, the price is a bit on the high side.
