Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. This house is really in a top location! You really need to rent this house for that. In a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the harbor (with a small local supermarket and a bakery) and the beach. The house itself is quite spacious. Only everything in it is old. This house and garden really needs a little love again. If, like us, you spend a lot of time outside and attach less value to it, then this house is highly recommended. I would look further for luxurious and modern furnishings.

A renovation would be highly recommended. The furniture is used and beds are old, small and short, so not really suitable for bigger people. Still no closed parking available. For a location rated with 3* you normally would expect a well maintained villa. Nevertheless, the location as well as Argeles and surrounding area are beautiful. Great for relaxation and if you enjoy a calm environment, close to nature.

Accommodation with many deficiencies, mold in the shower in the bathroom, the whole accommodation is just showing its age, many furniture chairs are simply defective, worn and have not been withdrawn from use, the kitchen appliances are outdated, new ones carelessly and not professionally installed, many tiles in the outdoor area are loose-defective and in need of repair. The building is simply shabby and no longer deserves the word chalet. What is good is the pool and the location.

Great location for a relaxing vacation, nice pool and urban garden. However, the house and part of the furniture need a makeover or at least basic cleaning. Small beds, so not really relaxing for taller / bigger people. Due to the old furniture, pillows with feather inlet, some chairs only suitable for decoration, the house is not recommended for families with small children. In addition, you should not expect complete privacy, since the garden is not fully closed. No secured parking available.
