House well located geographically but in terms of services (heating, TV, etc.) not suitable for renting for the winter because the seals jump as soon as there are several radiators and machines on the way. House not heated on arrival, broken chimney, bad lighting, no effort for a warm welcome.

A beautiful old stone house with a large kitchen, large bedroom, two beautiful "children's rooms", two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, everything you need. The terrace invites you to linger outside whenever the weather permits. We also ate outside at 15 degrees and the sun was wonderful. The exterior is the same as shown in the picture. This year we were there for the first time due to Corona, it was definitely not the last time.

We would not come back and would not recommend the house to anyone. The house is very dark and smells unpleasantly musty. The mattresses and duvets are very old and uninviting. The rooms upstairs are very dark and unloving at best. The bathroom upstairs is in a state of disrepair, especially the shower. The dishwasher is ready for a museum. The fireplace didn't work when we were there and neither did the internet for one week out of two. On the plus side: very large TV, nice umbrella.

The house is cozy, everything you need is there. Upstairs are 2 ensuite bedrooms and one ensuite downstairs. So 2 "groups" can go on vacation together and still everyone has their freedom. The sea can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

- unfortunately the house smelled musty; - door handles were very wobbly; - at night we heard scratching noises from animals in the walls - house from behind is deterrent (Breton style only in front) - the surrounding buildings are partly very dilapidated - after many years of experience with Holiday homes and apartments and their basic cleaning was either cleaned by us for 1 hour after the basic cleaning or 50 €. The landlord was probably after the extra money.

Unfortunately, there was no WLAN available in the evening hours, which was a major hindrance. If you were out all day, you couldn't talk to family or friends in the evening. The landlord was also only able to converse in French.

A great place to stay that we were able to visit for the second time. Also this time we liked everything very much. We were certainly not for the last time here. There is enough cutlery available, and the gas was freshly filled. The short walk to the beach is also wonderful. Only a closet in the downstairs bedroom would be desirable.
