Enjoyed again, but; swimming pool not optimally clean, broken swimming pool tiles, dangerous edge at jacuzzi, garden furniture rusty, 2 broken parasols, lots of mold in bathrooms, towel rack broken down bathroom, both drain showers do not run, WiFi not working properly, faucet kitchen loose, does not turn and no hot water, water pressure generally very low. I have been to this house 2 times before and not experienced this. A waste of such a beautiful house! So maintenance is very necessary.

Bedding was bad, otherwise a beautiful location and great villa. Poor to no WiFi but is immediately solved with an extra box.

We had a problem with the Internet connection, because there is no modem, it is a repeater that takes the signal from another house and does not work well. Once we communicated it to the agency, they solved the problem for us quickly by installing a modem of theirs. Very good from the agency ..

The house has a magnificent exterior that in other times must have been wonderful (the pool waterfall is off and there was a stream that ran down one of the sides, also off). Only for the exterior and the pool (water at 30-32 ºC) is worth it. The interior is correct but lacking in character. The sofa in the living room needs a makeover. Lots of stairs - not suitable for older people. On arrival, the cleaning of the toilets a little loose and there was no brush on the top. Fair wifi

Pretty comfortable villa. Nice pool and spa Too bad the pool fountain is hs. Catastrophic internet connection (to be shared with the neighboring villa belonging to the same owner) No French-speaking channels on the TV Otherwise, I recommend this villa.

Nice house overall although the kitchen is small, there is no air conditioning and fans. The pool is nice but aging, in need of updating. Lots of opposite but the view of the sea and Javea beach makes you forget these negative points

We had a wonderful short break at this beautiful villa in June. The views are spectacular and only a short drive to the Arsenal beach area. The pool and outside area is perfect for getting together with friends and enjoying the space, facilities and views. On the other hand we did have a few issues with the villa itself, a lot of the crockery and all the mugs were badly chipped and the kitchen was very small with nowhere to put our groceries as all the cupboards were full. The bedding was new but did not fit the 6ft beds. There was no air conditioning or fans so it was extremely hot at night, I would imagine in July and August it would be impossible to sleep.

High location with nice views of Javea. A little more than 3 km into town, we usually go down and take a taxi home which costs about SEK 100. The house is very charming but is starting to get worn out., We were there for the second time now at the end of April and we thrive very well in both the house and Javea.
