Montepulciano is 5km away, and places like Siena, Arezzo, Florence and Rome are easily reached by car or train.

*There's space to park outside for free. Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car.
*It's spread over two floors, and all bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms are on a mezzanine level, while the other four are upstairs.
*The swimming pool is open from 15th May to 30th September. It is surrounded by a small fence, but children should be supervised. Pool towels are provided.
*The fans here aren't usable, and air conditioning is only available in four rooms on the first floor.
*Heating and gas are paid separately based on usage and in cash only.
