Boasting a pristine pool and breathtaking views over the olive-grove-studded landscape and across the Sierra de Almijara mountains, this is the perfect place to while away balmy summer afternoons. Sprawl out on one of the poolside sun loungers and settle in for a day of sun-soaking and pool-dipping. Chances are it’ll still be warm when night falls, so why not soak up the balmy atmosphere and enjoy a grilled barbecue dinner alfresco? As the moon illuminates the majestic mountains, settle in for some stargazing with a glass of Rioja.
