Offering plenty of outdoor space, we couldn't believe this two-storey Lefkada villa was only for four guests. Inside, the home is a little by-the-numbers, and the living area isn't the most spacious around, but it's plenty comfortable for when the sun gets too much. In the bedrooms, the Juliette balconies are a nice touch, and you can look forward to slowly waking up to the sun pouring through the large windows. With only a few places to eat nearby, you'll need a car here – though the nearest is only 100 yards away, you'll find plenty with a short drive.


This charming villa is located just 100 meters from the beach of Agios Ioannis, one of the best spots for kite surfing and windsurfing in Lefkada. The villa features an open-plan living room and kitchen that opens onto a garden and patio with a private pool. Guests can relax on the sunbeds, chairs, or dining table under the big pergola for shade by the pool. The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV, DVD, CD, and radio. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with balconies providing a spectacular view of the open sea. The villa is air-conditioned and heated throughout and has oak floors throughout the house and marble-tiled bathrooms. An extra folding bed can be added to the living room if required. The location is perfect for exploring Lefkada Town or visiting mainland Greece's Preveza Airport, Nikopolis ruins, Igoumenitsa ferry port, Ioannina, or Athens.

*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
