From your view at the pool, you’ll be able to spot the Berti Cliffs, but if you’d like a more intimate exploration, you can always travel to its foot to see some of the most breathtaking gorges and waterfalls. With plenty to admire – hiking trails, Roman ruins, architecture, spas, restaurants, beaches, and golf courses – you’ll certainly be tempted to leave the villa, but the question of doing so is an entirely different matter.

Not when the home itself – classic in structure, but completely unconventional in design – is brimming with opportunities for fun and relaxation. Step into the western-themed saloon for a game of table football or billiards, or shoot some hoops outside. There’s also a padel court and table tennis to be enjoyed if you’re in the mood for activity.
