It also means that the immediate area – known for having been an aristocratic area in the 19th century – has a particular small-town charm that makes sitting outside a cafe with a cappuccino feel special. Stroll the avenues looking for the perfect spot for a holiday selfie before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many authentic eateries of the neighbourhood.

After a day of sightseeing, eating to your heart's content, and sipping one too many coffees – if there is such a thing – head back and enjoy the eclectic comfort the home has to offer. Designed by a French architect, it has all the flourishes of Parisian living, but with an efficient floor plan and vibrancy that’s hard to rival.
