Accommodation features

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, reversable air-con (to inorder to heat or cool down), bedside tables and lamps. There are wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage. The Master bedroom leads out onto the terrace area.

Bathrooms

The white tiled bathroom is quite narrow and contains a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirrored vanity unit.

Living Area

The open plan living area features a dining table and comfortable chairs for four people. There is a 2 seater sofa and a TV & DVD player, plus internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is part of the open plan living area and has all the features of home with a fridge, washing machine, grill / oven and a four ring hob. It is fully equipped with a kettle and toaster and a large selection of cooking equipment.

Dining Area

For dining al fresco there is a wooden table with comfortable wooden chairs for four people. There is also a dining area with seating for four in the living area inside the apartment.

Outside Space

35m2 sun soaked terrace area with dining for 4, comfortable seating for 4 and loungers for 2.

Reversable air-con (in order to heat or cool down) in both bedrooms (the unit installed in the masterbedroom is just above the bedroom door that separates the kitchen/living area and bedroom in order to heat the kitchen/living area at the same time), iron c/w ironing board and hairdryer.

Neighbourhood

The main shopping area of Avenue Jean Medecin is on your doorstep with high street and designer boutiques and an array of both modern and traditional restaurants. The more touristic centre of the Old Town is a 5 minute walk and the beach and famous Promenade are only 10 minutes away by foot. Nice train station is a 5 minutes walk away with regular train services to Monaco and Cannes. The tram runs through central Nice and to the bus station in minutes.

Public Transport

The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' by the Old Town is your nearest bus stop. It is approximately a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 10 minute walk.
