The Lakes cruise can take you up to Ambleside, then back down to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawre. Adventure attractions nearby include Grizedale Forest Park 'Go Ape' adventure park, the 'World of Beatrix Potter', and Lakeland villages such as Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains.
