Cook up some huevos rotos and dine alfresco on your balcony dining set as you watch the sun come up. When the midday heat arrives, head down to the shared pool for a refreshing dip. Enjoy a long walk around the gardens, complete with a lovely pond. Head out to explore the quaint streets of this coastal town, and head to a beach bar for a cocktail.
