We were really impressed with this excellently equipped holiday home. It is very tasteful, modern and furnished with attention to detail. Especially in the kitchen everything is really there (e.g. vegetable peeler, wine opener, egg cups, bowls and pots of all sizes)... In my opinion it is perfect for two couples with a total of 4 children. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, there are all shops in the immediate vicinity. We would book this house again and again!

For my 30th birthday I spent 10 days with 9 friends in this house. Conveniently located right on the beach, walking distance to the center where you can find everything you need. Perfect value for money.

The house is number 1. The basic condition before moving in was not good. Broken glass on the floor, floor not cleaned. Unfortunately, the keys were not complete. We would have needed this with 2 families. Otherwise very good location, great facilities.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location, great facilities, everything was great. Only in the kitchen area was the cleanliness not quite right (leftovers in the dishwasher sieve, trash can cabinet not clean), but otherwise absolutely recommendable!

A modern, well-equipped house, perfectly designed for everyone's privacy and comfort, each bedroom having its own bathroom. 2 steps from the beach and the center mimizan plage, parking on site. We had a great time.

Very nice house well located 100 m from the beach, well laid out and equipped for 9 people on vacation with family or friends, a small problem with cleanliness on arrival very brief cleaning, in particular the floor of the large dining room and living room

We were the first tenants. Everything was arranged as if by a stylist. The underlying house architecture is well thought out and appealing. Unfortunately, there were some technical problems right from the start (hot water, cupboards, toilet lid, air conditioning in the children's room). Very unfavorable was that the entire outdoor area consists of a gravel base layer, so it can only be entered with shoes! The small atrium is filled with sand, which you drag indoors if you don't change shoes.
