We were cold without having the possibility of increasing the heating and without a heater in the bathroom. A nauseating odor forced us to close doors and windows coming from the stationery (not mentioned). The beds are not refurbished even though we pay 12 euros/person to provide them to us. In short, we won't be going back there again.

The holiday home is furnished in a modern style, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of practicality in some places. The care of the house/property before arrival was rather poor.

Ideal for those seeking tranquility, located in a residential area, yet close to the ocean and lakes. A car is necessary to easily reach Mimizan Plage. There are plenty of parking spaces in the village as well as on the beaches. The bedrooms are very nicely furnished with ample storage. Mattresses were very good. The living space is large and equipped with comfortable seats and a large table with a pass to the kitchen with sufficient utensils. Only minus is the flow of the shower. Wonderful home.

All perfect. Very large living room space, all clean and very functional. In the kitchen (to put a downside to the accommodation, I would put a board to cut food). But as I say the house has everything. There is a pedestrian path that is shared with people who go by bike, which takes you to Mimizan Playa and Mimizan Pueblo. For a few walks it is great.

Superb house for a family vacation. Functional house with everything you need as equipment. Pleasant terrace for eating. Close to the beaches and the village.
