The house is getting old. A renovation would not be bad. Very bad smell in the bathroom and toilet. No comfortable seating for the evening in the house. The price-performance ratio does not match the description here.

Kitchen shutter unusable, damaged closure, shutter closed for the duration of the stay. Indoor trash can (kitchen) unsuitable for a large family. Disastrous TV reception.

Superb location - very pleasant stay Well placed with stunning views of the racecourse The bedding should just be improved (double bed much too low and too hard) Also check the dishes; we had to buy glasses that we left on the spot (there was only one stemmed glass)

Rental well located near the sea. Lack of fans or air conditioning!!! Lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the exterior.

We spent 10 days in Hyères. The house is great - about 100m to the public beach; ideal for small children, as the gently sloping house is "childproof" as it is completely fenced in and the gate can be locked. We found the renovated bathroom to be positive. The IKEA kitchen is also relatively new, beds were OK. Minor deductions: no shelf in the shower, no toilet paper holder, hair on the floor, poor WiFi, broken plug on the table lamp, terrace tiles very dirty

Ideal holiday home, functional and very well located. Beach very close, port and shops nearby Quiet. Small downside the lack of air conditioning indeed very few trees and therefore little shade. . Blinds on the terraces would be a plus.
