Good overall performance despite equipment that sometimes leaves something to be desired. In the kitchen in particular, the utensils and dishes (pots and pans) are of very poor quality. The location is ideal north of Mimizan with a marvelous view of the ocean. Very rejuvenating! Some devices such as DVD player and TV on the ground floor do not work. Highly positive general rating!

The house is very beautiful with the bedrooms downstairs and the living room upstairs. The proximity to the beach is a real plus. The beach is very wide and the sunsets breathtaking. Nevertheless the living room is smaller than what the photos show, and we had a problem with the water heater which worried us during our stay.

Feet in the water, the location of the house is perfect. The house is very beautiful and well appointed. The living room is superb, the view of the ocean or the dunes from the kitchen is magnificent.

Beautiful house very well equipped in which we felt good from the first day. Breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. Perfect location, quiet, at the foot of the ocean and the dunes and the forest just behind. We left with regret and we will return with the greatest pleasure. very pleasant house, well equipped, spacious with a breathtaking view. Very well located in a quiet area and 2 steps from the beach which is very significant. Also close to the city center easily accessible on foot.

We were looking for a house that was a little off the beaten track but still close to the sea. We found that. It is (unfortunately) at a "crossroads" - but the sea is only a few meters away. The only downside was the stench of the paper mill when the wind was unfavorable.

Had a great week in les Mouettes, Mimizan. The house is very nice and modern and fully equipped. The view from the terrace on the Atlantic Ocean is beautiful!!! Completely satisfied and will definitely do it again!

The view of the Atlantic from the terrace is unique. The equipment in the kitchen, on the other hand, is only satisfactory, for example there are only 4 large plates and there is no grill. The seating on the terrace is uncomfortable, cheap plastic chairs and loungers without cushions. For the rental price you can expect better.
