The Loire floodplain offers rural tranquility, expansive green spaces, plenty of sky, and easy access to the surrounding countryside and towns. The house is spacious enough for 2-4 guests, and even includes a children's playroom. There's also a great kitchen, a lawn, a terrace, and ample space for the whole family, a car, and a barbecue. It's peaceful: the village road in front of the house is quiet, and the windows are soundproofed. The very friendly and efficient landlady has everything perfectly prepared.

Excellent place to stay. the perfect place to relax , gite has everything you need and more. host extremely friendly on hand if you need her but not at all intrusive. would highly recommend a stay here.

The holiday home is very well equipped, and V., the landlady, is very nice. We lacked nothing. From here, we were able to easily visit Saint-Nazzaire, Nantes, and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the house is not located in the village of Besné itself, but in a small hamlet with only a few houses, so you can't reach anything within walking distance.

Excellent welcome, by a smiling, relational, cultured person. We were given advice, available at all times. Very quiet house with comfort; pleasant environment.

Fantastic house in Besne with a lovely garden. You'll need a car to get around. The nearest beach is a fifteen-minute drive away. If you really want to take a walk, there's a beautiful, long beach 45 minutes away. The garden enjoys sunshine all day long, which is very comfortable with two sunbeds and a parasol.

Very nice, quiet accommodation. Lots of space. Beautiful terrace. It would be wise to provide roller shutters and mosquito nets in the future because the only negative point was the insects, impossible to leave the windows open.

We had a great stay in a very nice, well-equipped holiday home. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Our four-legged friend made extensive use of the fenced garden. We would love to come back.

The hostess's welcome was very warm! The location of the house is very quiet and also perfectly central for exploring the area. Big cities like Nantes, many wonderful beaches, salt production areas and the extensive marshland. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and lots of space including a garden with a large terrace and a grill. We had the bedroom with a window to the garden at our disposal and in this quiet location you could sleep wonderfully with the window open.

nothing more and nothing less, shower in the bathroom difficult as it tends to collapse; interior modern Ikea style, everything fairly new and good; nice children's playroom; garden small but sufficient for dog, destination without infrastructure; be careful in low season, it is even more difficult here; everything has to be done by car. very nice landlady who is open to everything

We received a very warm welcome and the landlady even speaks German. The house is in very good condition and well organized. The house is right on a road, but the low traffic means it is not intrusive in any way. We were very satisfied!

A very nice, well-kept, lovingly furnished and renovated holiday home. The very friendly landlords, who live directly opposite, welcomed us warmly and were our contacts when needed. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The house is conveniently located. It is 3 km to the next bakery, a post office and a small supermarket. It is 10km to a shopping area with a large supermarket. The nearest beaches are 20-45 minutes away.

Very nice quiet location, in a green environment, with all the comforts at your disposal. Easy to cycle, to drive to tourist sites (La Baule, Guérande, Pornic, Vannes, Rochefort-en-Terre, Le Croisic...), to enjoy this beautiful region. And the reception and follow-up are at the top!
