Large practical villa with its 3 bathrooms. The exterior is beautiful and well maintained. The situation is very quiet (even if we were not sheltered from vacationers putting on music for the whole neighborhood in the middle of the night). Everything works in the kitchen. Only downside: no air conditioning so it's over 30 degrees in the rooms, it's very hard at night.

The house, the garden and the pool are very good, it is a pity that it is so neglected and with so little cleaning. Cobwebs, dust, dirt and worst of all, lots of rats (the mosquito plague, I understand it's not your fault). The garden is dry and avandonado.There is no air conditioning, but at night it cools and there are three fans, although I have not seen them so dirty in my life. We also did not think it was good that the man who cleans the pool, opened with his key two days without calling.

An aging house but with a lot of charm. The exterior is absolutely superb and the environment is very peaceful. A shadow on the board: the swimming pool with many tiles loose, green moss in the joints, an asthmatic pump that struggles to keep the water clear in high heat, despite the arrival of the pool specialist twice a week ... Finally a special mention to the Interhome Javea teams for their professionalism and responsiveness.
