WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Forced-air heating, underfloor heating. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Very nicely designed house, very nice owner. Not far to walk to the beach. Wonderful hiking trails nearby. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far. In October, however, a lot is already closed.

We really liked the holiday home La Demeure de Tumiac. The house is very individually furnished, not a typical holiday home but a house that the very friendly and helpful owner also lives in out of season. The bright and perfectly equipped kitchen with dining table and the sheltered inner courtyard were the highlights for us. Bakery and supermarkets can only be reached by car or bicycle. a few minutes walk through the dunes to the beach.

very good condition, we 3 adults, 1 dog were already the 2nd time here. enclosed property (theme dog), very nice, quiet garden, great kitchen. beautiful beach, mobile baker comes to the quarter, supermarket in about 1.5 km.

A very warm welcome by the very friendly owner. We discover a magnificent garden divided into several spaces offering shade and light, tropical vegetation and very neat plantations. You immediately feel good there. The house gives off a very nice atmosphere, it has a lot of charm and personality. the kitchen is particularly nice, very well equipped and very bright. the situation is exceptional. A small path brings you to a magnificent beach. The ocean!

Very nice holiday home in a quiet location. Thanks to a successful mixture of old, Breton construction and modern renovation, the house has retained its rustic charm without having to forego comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. It is only a few minutes walk through the dunes to the beach. In September you are almost alone here.

Equipment new and modern beautiful bathrooms, great kitchen. Garden design very nice, roof terrace larger than the photos suggest. The location in a quiet side street was ideal for us. Direct contact with the friendly landlord easily possible.

Very nice reception by the landlord. Very personal, tastefully furnished holiday home, top kitchen, with a very nicely laid out small garden and various possibilities to sit outside. Ideally located 10 minutes walk to the sea and also 10 minutes walk to the Gulf of Morbihan.
