Our rental property in West Cork has just become available unexpectedly and while we decide what we are going to do with the property going forward, we intend to do holiday letting (very last minute decision). The photos are pre-letting pictures from last November so please excuse the bare beds until I can get the property back and can take more photos once it has been made up but that will be later next week.

The property is located in the pretty village of Kilbrittain, 4.5km from Harbour View beach https://m.facebook.com/Harbour-View-Beach-West-Cork-100121254871536/ and some other smaller beaches. It is 16km from Kinsale, 18km from Clonakilty and Cork City is 40km away. The Local Link transport service provides a bus link to Kinsale, Clonakilty and Bandon 3 times daily. 3.5 km away you will find West Cork Secret Adventure Centre https://www.facebook.com/westcorksecret/. There is a lovely wood walk, which loops around the village and includes a large playground and for the enthusiastic walkers there are Kilbrittain walking trails http://kilbrittaintrails.ie/ The local pub https://www.facebook.com/kilbrittaininn.josephines has a lovely outdoor dining area, a few minutes walk down the street. Smugglers Cove newly opened Tubing Park https://smugglerscove.ie/ and https://www.facebook.com/lagoonactivitycentre in Rosscarbery, are 30km away.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 single with bunk beds and 1 single bed (travel cot also available on request). One bedroom is ensuite. There is a main bathroom with a bath and a downstairs toilet. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a large living room, utility room and patio area with table and 6 chairs and barbeque. Utilities include fridge freeezer, double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The property will be available for week-long lettings, Saturday to Saturday from July 10th.
