In a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Magnificent chalet, well equipped, with fantastic views. A small drawback and a recommendation: the sun in the afternoon does not shine in the pool area, which somewhat limits its use. Getting to the house the first time is not easy, I would recommend that a person from the real estate agent accompany the clients the first time

The dishwasher is very small and does not work very well despite a cleaning with product that we have done. Cracks appear on the exterior walls, the railings must be repainted, and a facelift or exterior cleaning must be done. There is no broom closet. House okay. Little things would have to be repaired/renewed. Cutlery partly .. rusty, shower holders, towel rails defective, etc. Object alarm went on due to a short circuit - defective coffee machine - and could not be turned off. The hotline couldn't help, the office on Monte Pego could only be reached after 90 minutes (from 10:00 a.m.). The office then knew the code and the alarm system could be switched off again. The whole neighborhood and we ourselves were far away from there

Peaceful, safety area. Very beautiful view to ocean. Kitchen need better tools (now incompletes). Internet was very, very slow.

There is no outdoor shower as indicated in the description, and the dishwasher is insufficient in number of covers. Except these two points everything is very good, cleanliness, swimming pool, location ....
