Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Superbly located house but the interior is very old and moderately clean / hygienic (the carpet of the stairs is more than limited). The garden table and chair are also of lesser quality. The design itself is bizarre: a bedroom can only be accessed by passing through another bedroom!!! and the upstairs toilet has a shower and a toilet but no sink!! and is ridiculously tiny

Excessively high rental price compared to the services. Misleading description, misleading photos. Terrible shower cubicles. Blatant lack of storage (shelves, coat hooks, etc.) 6 people cannot live together or wash in such a small space. Ridiculously small and unstable drying rack Two filthy deck chairs Approximate cleaning Rental 4 people maximum.

HORIZON is very nice and equipped with everything you need. A little more cleanliness would have pleased us. The narrow spiral staircase to the top is breathtaking. But it works. The garden is wonderful for lounging. The environment of the house is lively, but bearable. Overall it was cozy and we felt comfortable. The supervisor E. was very friendly and prompt. Last but not least, the extremely advantageous location between the ocean and the Basin v. Arcachon lets us recommend the house with a clear conscience.

We had a lovely week in Cap Ferret. The apartment is centrally located: on the right, jetty from the pool and the promenade, on the left, to the Atlantic beach. Disadvantage: Street is busy and noisy. Neighbor: Hotel with adjoining bar = agree on the music and spend nice evenings outside and watch nature reclaim the concrete slab in front of the house, which has already broken several times. Internet doesn't work, neither does German television, contrary to the catalogue. Inside: Okay and rock solid.

The house and furniture are quite old, unfortunately all the beds and mattresses are in poor condition. The rest is pretty good overall. Scores for its location (500m walk to the beach at the ocean)
