No matter the time of day, the impressive, carob tree-lined garden will compel you to spend most of your time here. Stretch out under the sun-dappled pergola with your new read, take a refreshing dip in the crystalline saltwater pool and feast together in the outdoor dining room. Come dusk, share a bottle of local Nero d'Avola and make for the terrace, where you can watch the sun fall beneath the hay-bale-lined horizon.

Just ten minutes away by car is Scicli, a historic town known for its UNESCO World Hertigate-status and Baroque Cathedral, Chiesa di San Bartolomeo.
