Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada 100 km. Hiking paths: Sierra del Huétor 93 km, Sierra de Tejada 70 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 1 km West from the house you will find a large hotel with pool area, which as a bar guest you are allowed to use.

Spacious, bright house, fairytale garden with trees like avocados, mangoes, custard apples. And, in front of the living room terrace, the sea. Magnificent.

The inside of the house is clean and the furniture is largely in good condition. Nice, like in the photos. Some of the beds are as hard as a board. The location is very nice, great sea view. Due to the proximity to the embankment, slight noise nuisance. Extractor hood was defective. There was no response to my message to the administrator. It looks different on the outside. The terrace below is dirty, as is the seating area under the trees and in front of the kitchen. Westward view of the sewer pipe and wall is concealed.

The house is nice and has great views. Air conditioning in all rooms, very comfortable beds, very nice kitchen and living room and a wonderful terrace. The bathrooms are very average, they need to be refurbished. There is a terrible smell of dander in the rooms below. The house is in a little urbanized "urbanization", there are no street lamps, the darkness is total and it is a little scary. There was no garage available, it was occupied. You have to take the car for everything.

The staff that collects the keys super friendly and in 10min he showed up as soon as he called to give us the keys and collect them, this person was very good. Brand new bedding and towels. Good cleaning. There is no microwave or television. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very quiet. Away from the town about 2.5km and you have to take the car to go to the beach
