Baixa is our favourite place to stay in Lisbon. It's packed with restaurants and cafes, all while being a short walk away from the city sights. Golden Feathers is right in front of a famous tram 28 stop, so there's no excuse for staying in. This is a soft, comfortable home that mixes metallic hues with high-quality materials. While we would like to see a bit more of a personal touch in what is clearly a rental home, it's a great base for urban exploration.
Home truths: * The kitchen is more of a kitchenette, so not ideal for avid cooks
* This home doesn't have an extensive home manual, but the host is working on improving it
* There are several steps leading to the elevator – those with limited mobility or heavy suitcases beware
* While this home has a balcony, it overlooks the neighbouring building, which isn't the nicest view
* At maximum occupancy, the living room is a bit tight
