Property Description

Seefin Grove is a brand new development of five terraced houses located in village of Glenbeigh overlooking Seefin Mountain to the front and Rossbeigh Beach to the back. Numbers 4 & 5 are two self catering houses, elegantly furnished with solid wood flooring throughout.

Each house has three bedrooms with a fully tiled ensuite with large shower in the master bedroom. Double queen size sleigh bed, matching lockers, dressing table and wardrobes in mahogany.

The room has a large walk out balcony overlooking Rossbeigh Beach to the back of the house. The second bedroom has views over Seefin Mountain and has a double queen size bed in oak with matching dressing table and and full length sliding mirror wardrobes.

The third bedroom is a single room with the facility of a pull out extra single bed and pine dressing table with views of Rossbeigh Beach. All three bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The main bathroom with electric shower is upstairs. Downstairs consists of a spacious living room with leather suite, open fire place and satellite TV. The kitchen overlooking the sea is well equipped with Bosch integrated appliances such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer, glass hob and self cleaning oven. Patio doors open out to the small secure garden with garden furniture which overlooks the sea. The utility room which leads off from the kitchen has all the laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a spacious downstairs toilet and sink. The entrance to Seefin Grove has electric gates thereby adding a secure area for children to play and also secure parking. Local Facilities and Amenities Glenbeigh is situated by the Atlantic Ocean on the Ring of Kerry and is a small village with great pubs and restaurants. Rossbeigh Beach is only 2km from the village. This stretch of golden sand covers 6 miles in total and is perfect for swimming and water-sports and has a new childrens playground. The beach is also great for horse riding with treks are available at the nearby stables for beginners and advanced riders. On leaving Seefin Grove, the Glenbeigh Hotel on your left hand side is a two minute walk and is one of the oldest hotels in Ireland. The public bar serves food from 12.30pm until 9.00pm with a menu to suit all, from traditional dishes such as Irish stew and bacon & cabbage, to freshly caught seafood and the chef's famous sirloin steaks.

Walking is very popular in Glenbeigh and the surrounding area, the mountain scenery is magnificant and the circuit of hill from Seefin to Drung Hill is called the Glenbeigh Horseshoe. Trout fishing in Coomasaharn Lake is very popular. Dooks Golf Course is one of the best links courses in Kerry and only 4km from Glenbeigh Village. This 18 hole Championship Course is set out on one of the three stretches of sand dunes at the head of Dingle Bay. Other places to visit are Dingle and Blasket Island. Killarney and National Park, Bantry & Glengarriff.

Stayed in Seefin Grove. This house was absolutely spotless. Lovely three bedroomed house with fantastic views to the sea from the balcony. Secure gardens with electric gates. Highly recommended.
