The landlord and family gave us such a great reception and were so warm. The apartment was immaculate, super modern and comfortable. We were in the area for the first time, but didn't do a tourist program because we liked it so much in the apartment on the lake with the unforgettable view. It was late November and cold even during the day; but we had a lot of sun and could eat on the balcony, put our feet in the water, go out with the SUP and enjoy la dolce vita. We will be back!

Enchanting place, for those who want relaxation, nature and sport. An oasis of tranquility by the lake, spectacular views. Close owners, very kind, helpful and courteous. New house, spacious, equipped with every comfort, equipped with small precautions that make you feel pampered. Very livable and well-kept outdoor garden. Also approved for those traveling with children.

We were extremely satisfied with this holiday home; the decor is modern, it is very well maintained, with a beautiful terrace and garden and direct access to the lake. It has a direct parking space and the possibility of renting a garage in addition. The landlords were extremely hospitable and helpful. Even if the house is right on the street, it was very quiet and undisturbed at night due to the good isolation.

The house is just a dream. The street right next to the house didn't bother us either. The landlord very accommodating and friendly. He provided us with fruit and drinks upon arrival. We were even allowed to use the stand up paddle board. We will definitely book it again. Thanks for the wonderful week. it was just great.

a holiday home that is equipped with everything you need, extremely charming and courteous landlords who take care of everything. In the vicinity there are nice little places. The house is very well maintained. The direct access to the lake and a beautiful path that leads along the lake is the special highlight. This house is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet.

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation. Again a super friendly welcome from the hosts. There was again fruit and wine to justify. Everything super clean. The view over the lake is simply wonderful. We feel very comfortable, the holiday was perfect. We'll definitely be back.

The house is very modern and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The landlords are super nice. When we arrived, the fridge was filled with all kinds of drinks and a large bowl of fruit awaited us. Access to the lake is great. We would have loved to stay longer and will be back :-)

Absolutely fantastic, both the house and the location! The holiday home has a high standard and is very comfortable, fully equipped with high class furniture and household goods. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay and the family who owns the house is very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to take a swim or go for a walk directly from the house, just walk down the stairs and you are on the small path between the house and the Lake. We had a wonderful time at the Villa Gelsomino!

Beautiful holiday home right on the shore of Lake Como. Fully equipped, everything new, very clean, with land and stairs directly to the lake for swimming. Shops and restaurants nearby.
