No cleaning done upon our arrival, toilet with a strong smell of urine, dirty dishes, broken sofa, we did 2 hours of cleaning upon our arrival: unacceptable, the walls and ceilings immaculate with stains (crushed insects, food). Shower head in the bathroom broken...and so on. The whole house could do with a good refresh. For the price of this rental it is unacceptable the owners must be ashamed, too bad because the exterior is rather pleasant.

Garden furniture could be more stable or higher quality. Otherwise very nice accommodation with pool.

Holiday home for 4-6 people with its own pool, which is mostly in the shade due to tall trees, so the water is very cold. Spacious living room, but very small kitchen with minimalist equipment. Two bathrooms and toilets available, which meet the requirements. The terrace seems a bit worn overall, plastic chairs and plastic table to sit outside rather uncomfortable. Overall for 4 stars a bit disappointing for us; the kitchen in particular was not optimally clean.

Although the property is slowly getting on in years, it is still ideal for a relaxing holiday. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of operating instructions for the devices.

The house was reasonably clean and properly furnished but not completely fenced in, with dogs who like to gypsy a real joy, but not for their owners. The entry to the pool did not match the photo on the presentation, we had chosen a pool with stair entry and had a ladder. The garden was poorly maintained and the pool was only serviced once during the two weeks, on the penultimate day when the bottom was already yellow.

As requested, we got a house in a sunny location. Hardly any shade from trees like many other houses in the complex, important as the pool is not heated. The villa is generously built, some of the furniture is a bit worn. Kitchen equipment such as cooking pots and pans of the simplest quality. Little storage space in the kitchen. Tangle of glasses and dishes. Defective shower head was replaced immediately after a complaint. Good service. Pool and garden have been well maintained. Overall you could feel comfortable.

Very nice vacation

House and garden are getting old and have not been maintained. Furniture incomplete (one room without bedside tables and without bedside lamps), partly defective/worn or of cheap quality. Kitchen equipment incomplete, partly dirty or broken. The house wasn't clean.

The house was very dirty, the floors sandy, the windows smudged. We found lipstick residue from the previous tenants on the glasses and old leftovers on the plates. However, the tenant is required to clean after the holiday. We complained to Estivel. We were allowed to leave the house without cleaning. Unfortunately no cleaning of the dirty house was offered. The house itself is beautiful, as is the grounds. However, there is an urgent need for cleaning and maintenance of the system. The pool plates were so uneven that an injury is very likely. We didn't meet a gardener in the two weeks. The pool attendant was only present once. Overall, the house offered is in no way acceptable for the price paid. I strongly advise against vacationing at this resort!

The accommodation was very good. Fully equipped. Pool was fine. Only WiFi is missing.
