Three large bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with comfortable beds and fitted to the highest possible standard where white pressed hotel linen and fresh, fluffy towels are supplied.

Bedroom No. 1 – The Master bedroom with its King-size bed also has a large corner window with a beautiful view of the wild garden. This bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a stylish, modern en-suite with a walk-in shower area.

Bedroom No. 2 – A very spacious room with a King-size bed and leather recliner for you to “kick back and relax".

Bedroom No. 3 – Contains a Superking-size bed which can also be converted into twin bed, by request in advance only. This room has a large window that provides South-facing panoramic views and has fitted wardrobes.

Main Bathroom
This spacious bathroom has separate bath and shower facilities, along with heated floors, a high quality décor designed for comfort.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with double height vaulted ceilings and large, floor to ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the peaceful countryside. A modern wood-burning stove adds heat and character to the open plan area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with all modern appliances. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable couches and a 43 inch flat screen smart TV with Satellite Channels with an unlimited WIFI connection. Due to split levels and open-plan living with stairs, we feel that this property is unsuitable for young children. Patio doors from the living space open onto a private South-facing raised deck with uninterrupted views. This whole area could become a huge living space that is easily adaptable for you to relax, dine and entertain in the Sun.

Mezzanie
Upstairs the Mezzanie overlooks the living space. This is a cosy, relaxing space for reading, listening to music, play board games, etc. The Mezzanie has a roof light perfect for stargazers at night or during daylight for those who wish to view further afield.

Utility
A very large utility room downstairs is fully equipped with laundry appliances, large storage spaces and a toilet facility. This room is intentionally kept away from the quiet and relaxing living space above. The utility opens out onto a large lower level carpark area and garden, convenient for visitors coming and going from the World renowned beaches of Gurteen and Dog's Bay only 2k away, or from any of the other activities close by.
