The cottage was unbelievably wonderful in every aspect.. The large open plan kitchen/living room was great, facilities in the kitchen were excellent. The views, which the web site images do not show how good they are were out of this world. Looking across Roaring Water Bay over to several islands including Castle Island and Clear Island over towards Baltimore and of course the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse (flashing away at night) will never be forgotten. Really easy distances to several wonderfully coloured towns of wgich Schull was one of the best. If Michelin starts were ever given for holiday accommodations, this would certainly have one!

My family & i rented Mikes house for a weekend for my partners birthday, and it was without doubt one of the best weekend we have had. From start to finish Mike was available and we even went milking cows on his farm, the house is fab, and the views are breathtaking ! The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, Mike had kindly stocked up on supplies for the stove. We even tried to book for New Years but unfortunately it was booked out. We will no doubt be back next year.
