Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, laundry. Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Nearby attractions: Train Bernina Express:Tirano-St Moritz 15 km, Livigno 65 km, Saint Moritz 70 km. Please note: car recommended.

A special house with high-quality furnishings in a secluded location above the village of Grosotto, accessible via narrow serpentines. Large eat-in kitchen on the ground floor and 3 comparatively small bedrooms for a total of 7 people. Two beds in the children's room with steep ladders. Double garage with direct access to the house. Large multi-level garden. Hiking trails with a 20% incline from the house.

The house is great. Great location, total peace, well furnished. We were there with 5 men to go on motorcycle tours. Super starting point for the Swiss and Italian passports. The key handover at the Hotel Sassella and the drive to the house were excellently organised. Everything in German. Had 1 great weather, which also did our mood well. We graduated from the Hotel Sassella, which also managed the taxi transfer for us. I can only recommend the house.

House is beautiful, nothing is missing. There is a wonderful walk, where we spent our evenings. Place seemed like a paradise, away from cities and movements. Inside the house we put a Christmas tree. We will come back safely. Thank you so much for everything.

To get there, you have to take a number of very narrow roads and a very narrow path steeply up with a number of hairpin bends, each time an exciting ride with our van, but then you also have something, beautiful view and beautiful house. Extra bed on the ground floor is possible on request, if you have difficulty climbing stairs, as in our case.

The Anna chalet is a real "Pearl" just a few steps from home. Very large garden, you can also have lunch / dinner given the presence of tables and chairs. internally it is very well divided and cared for in every detail, well-stocked kitchen, huge bathrooms like the rooms .. and truly exceptional cleaning !! we can't wait to go back.

Very nice, wonderfully located and spacious house. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains and valley. Idyllic and very quiet location to rest and relax. Only the access road is not for the faint of heart. Partly very narrow and few opportunities for crossing.

We (2) felt very comfortable in the large and very well-kept house. The approach to the house is winding and narrow. However, you rarely have oncoming traffic. In the house everything essential is available. Even for the outdoor area there are enough chairs with cushions, a porch swing and 2 sun loungers. The WiFi network could be more stable. In good weather, however, it usually works. There are enough maps in the house for hikes and bike tours.

Beautiful house in an elevated position! Very nice reception when handing over the keys (they speak German!). Accompaniment to the house with information. The house can be reached via a narrow road. The house is beautiful, built with lots of wood and natural stones from this area. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space in the entrance area, living area. Stairs are not steep (seniors). Large garden and spacious garage for 2 cars. Ideal for dogs!

if you want a pure relaxation vacation without noise, without internet, without restaurants , in the middle of nowhere....this is it. - in the description it was 300sqm; only that in this 300sgm is also the garage and the technical area - the grounflor area is nice: large diningroom, nice fireplace, cosy - dishwasher and espresso machine did not work - the 2 bedrooms are reasonable as size but the third room is very very small - the walls are not soundproof, upstairs ....so you can hear everything :( - the ski area of Bormio is 32km away, not 20km as showm in the description - the ski area of Livigno is 66km away So, it is a nice home but it was not what we wanted.

We stayed for the Immaculate Conception in this beautiful chalet equipped with everything that can easily accommodate 8 people we were very happy I recommend it! The only flaw is the difficult reception of phones and the lack of internet.
