Private: natural state property (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, pergola (40 m2). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Montserrat 27 km, Barcelona 32 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is located on a 150-hectare farm where there are 2 more houses. Forest land where barbecues are strictly prohibited by law.

Great location 20 minutes from Barcelona or Montserrat, and facilities within car reach (essential). Super nice welcome and very clean house, with character. Big thick walls which protect from the heat and pleasant swimming pool. On the other hand, the house is in a valley where everything can be heard, especially the SME center opposite and the road below. Insufficient and dilapidated equipment, especially the kitchen which is totally timeless. The house really deserves an update to be on top,

Excellent stay! The house blew us away, even better than in the photos. The house is also super well equipped, everything is there. Our suggestions for a perfect stay: - no fans in the house - the automatic pool cleaning should be activated more often - there are only rather small single mattresses, no double beds Despite these downsides, we will return with pleasure next year! The owners are also very nice and very responsive!

Located 30 minutes from Barcelona by car, another beach located 40 45 minutes away, tidy house and surface cleaning done on arrival. Flat on the bins to throw 5 minutes by car from the place of residence.

The house is very good and close to Barcelona. We do not go out, only the essentials to go shopping. The covered porch in front of the pool is ideal, we ate and dined there every day. You have to be careful if you go with small children since the walls are not very high and there are significant falls, but having them controlled there is no problem.

The house is very big and spacious. Of course a bit older, decorated with lots of old things. It smells a bit musty and especially in the kitchen something could be renewed. The outside area is huge and beautifully laid out. Lots of different seating areas, deck chairs (without cushions). The pool is big enough and quite deep at the back. Due to the surrounding trees and bushes, it has to be cleaned more often. Unfortunately, there are a lot of mosquitoes outside and not all windows have mosquito nets

Near Barcelona, about 30 min. Slightly outdated cash register but everything you need for a successful holiday is available. We were 8 people and a child of almost 2. Downside is that there is no vacuum cleaner for the pool, and after 2 weeks the bottom is still a bit polluted. And the mattresses can also be renewed.

Comfortable and spacious house, quiet environment, we took advantage of the large terrace with the swimming pool. We would have appreciated more cutlery and kitchen utensils, the 2 water heaters are struggling to operate at the same time but we adapt. Good welcome from the owners and their son.

8 people are too many in the villa despite the correct number of beds because inadequate dishes and not enough hot water for 2 showers at the same time, no fan despite heat in all the rooms, swimming pool and its surroundings not very clear and never cleaned during 1 week. The key keeper is very available and responds to all questions quickly.
