Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km, nudist beach 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. It is an incredibly dated and gloomy house without luxury .... almost all appliances were broken, the doors and window frames were rotten and there was a very bad smell ... we have been in this house for 4 weeks and that was a very long time .. .the sofa was dirty and sagging and the curtains were full of dirty spots ... we were there and a cold period of January 28. Until Feb 25 .. the veranda was small but sunny ... the bed was very bad unfortunately this house is not recommended and certainly not for 6 people

Outside area was dirty, kitchen cabinets sticky, drawers in kitchen dirty and all the silver ware just thrown in, dishes dirty, windows very dirty, all the outside furniture dirty and the cushions on lounges full of mildew and torn. This house needs a complete makeover

We have been very comfortable, the only thing is the pool furniture is totally to change with risk of falling if you sit in the hammocks and plastic chairs, the tablecloth is also to put a new one. On the other hand, the cabinets in the bedrooms and the largest bathroom smell very musty. For the other we have been great. Thank you

Very nice stay in this house with its very large swimming pool, the barbecue unfortunately broken, interhome was very responsive by bringing us an extra bbc. Stay that we will do again with pleasure.

The house is large and has a very good location, we enjoy the tranquility of the environment. Although the wifi did not work for us The garden is spacious, the pool furniture is to be renovated, and it is necessary to place an umbrella.

A haven of peace in a small quiet street, enhanced by a large, well-maintained swimming pool, out of sight. All about ten minutes from Javéa beach, a superb place to stroll on the sea wall with its lively restaurants and bars. The house, although not recent, is equipped with the essentials for a successful holiday! The bonus: towels available and cleaning included in the reservation! We recommend this place and the agency which perfectly manages the rental. Key collection and return was a snap!

Despite the fact that the house is not the newest, it is functional. The pool and its surroundings are an advantage, although the grill does not work properly. The problem is the condition of some mattresses, which are excessively worn out and should be replaced. Generally a successful holiday, we would like to thank Interhom employees for professional service.
