The structural condition of the apartment is poor. This also applies to the outdoor area/terrace, which is run down. The bathroom in particular was partially dirty. Does not meet the standard I expect from a holiday apartment.

The location is fantastic. Ground floor and garden very practical with young children. The apartment, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. It would need a deep cleaning. Very dirty in the corners, under the beds, etc. A minimum renovation would also be necessary. Sofa, dishwasher, bedding, French window, garden furniture, cleaning equipment, at the end of their life.
