Apartment convenient to services: Railway station, supermarket and beach are nearby. Incorrect price-quality ratio. No private car park. Very small bedroom, distance between the 4 walls and the bed of about 10cm and there is no lighting. In 4 people there is not enough space for clothes in the one wardrobe. On the balcony there is a table for 4 people. Noise from the road due to the traffic of cars and vans. Occasional presence of mouse droppings on the balcony.
