Mouse droppings in the house. The kitchen was dirty and sticky. The extractor hood was greasy. Kitchen utensils were outdated, some rusty. Food from the previous tenants in the refrigerator was partially expired. Cabinets had a hidden cleaning rag in the corner. The outdoor area was made of wooden chairs that were uncomfortable, outdated, and unstable. There were no comfortable loungers, only outdated, dirty wooden folding chairs. The engine block had plastic chairs that were dirty and worn. The broom handle was rusty and dirty. We photographed and cleaned everything. Already documented.

The holiday home is very well maintained and clean. The pictures give a very realistic impression. The view of the sea is magnificent. It's about a 25-minute walk along a fairly steep hiking trail to the town and 45 minutes to the large, free beach in Final Pia. C. welcomed us very warmly, explained everything, and was also available via WhatsApp for any questions. Overall, highly recommended.

Dramatic windy road to dramatic views. Really just needed to freshen up the decor a bit to make very good”. Do grab your basics (including extra toilet paper) from town before heading up as there are no stores near the house. C., our host was very pleasant and helped us with a last minute reservation which we appreciated very much.

This house is perfect for a family. The location is breathtaking and the owner is very easy to reach and very hospitable. The kitchen inventory is very complete. The two bathrooms really feel like a luxury! There is a lot of space around the house and beautiful olive trees.

The sea view is outstanding, the house is beautiful and well equipped. The landlady was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable.

The panorama was fantastic and the hostess was very friendly. She appeared very quickly when you needed her help. The garden was very nice, the location was great. It was in a quiet area and you can get to Finale quickly. Surrounded by nature - that was lovely!
