Cleaning fee €90 but cleaning not done. Broken furniture/appliances (shutters, awning, chairs, drawers, furniture, toilet flushing, etc. Missing utensils for 10 people. Really disappointed. I really do not recommend. The neighbors had the same surprise as us in their house from the same agency.

The house was very good in terms of location and house as such, spacious rooms and a good garden with the pool. The downsides were that the beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The mattress springs were too noticeable and one of the beds broke as soon as we lay down (they came to fix it). The house was fine but there were defective and broken things, garbage on the door and the technicians were too many.

Good attention, the house meets expectations. Because of covid-19, everything is complicated but it should not be used as an excuse. Cleaning: you lose the day of entry and exit but what is understood by clean is far away; multiple flaws that were not solved, Neighbors of the houses rented by you who neither let you sleep nor be quiet during the day and finally left the garbage on our side, they even threw one inside that nobody picked up until the next day.
