The apartment needs to be completely renovated. There are still old sockets installed and you are constantly using the travel plug when you want to plug something in. The kitchen utensils are functional, but you shouldn't expect miracles. The glasses could be replaced and should be clean before the apartment is rented out again. The bike room is just a shelter and cannot be locked. There are no sockets for charging the bikes. Good location, supermarket and restaurant 5 minutes away

The crockery and bedding is poor. With four apartments in the house I would have welcomed a washing machine. Garbage disposal is expensive. Recommendation Yes, but with restrictions.
