This lovely holiday home is situated just a short walking distance from the pretty cove beach of Binisafua and a handful of great restaurants and bars. It's also a brisk stretch of the legs to the fisherman's village of Binibeca where there are several more fine eateries including a great tapas bar and a renowned fish restaurant as well as a supermarket. The house itself is comfortably furnished and includes a spacious lounge diner with access to a dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool - a great area to chill out in the evenings.. A fully fitted modern kitchen includes everything required for a great self-catering holiday and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort in the heat of the summer and the first floor master bedroom enjoys sea-views from the terrace. Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by sun terracing where there is a built in BBQ, and there is a large lawn and garden at the side of the house Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a games room with lounge plus a pool table for extra entertainment. Depending on the approach due to wind direction this villa can experience some aircraft noise as it is close to the airport. There are no flights during the night.
