The house has white mold, which was quickly covered with white paint. In one of the rooms, it even rained in. Very drafty and cold. Hygiene: cobwebs everywhere, behind the cupboards and dressers there is a lot of dirt. Toilet brooms disgustingly dirty. Beds saggy. Pillows yellow from sweat. Drinking glasses broken. Teflon pots broken. Laundry room light broken and completely covered in mold, plus full of cobwebs. Musty smell in the house. Landlady didn't come to greet us or read the electricity meter.

1 week vacation with our 2 dogs. Garden completely fenced in so the dogs could relax.

Pretty house, decorated in Art Deco style. Beautiful view of the Ligurian coast. Unfortunately, the beds are saggy and a board replaces a slatted frame. Access to the house is challenging with a larger car.

The house is beautifully furnished with love. The garden is not as big as it looks in the photos, but it is sufficient. The house next door is an event house and is rented out for weddings. Depending on the company, it can be loud. The kitchen equipment could be a bit better, not many wine and prosecco glasses. The way to the beach (San Michele) is a bit of an undertaking because the street has no sidewalks. Luckily there is a shortcut but it involves a lot of steps!!

Beautiful house, great view, within walking distance to Rapallo, the sea and Santa Marghertita. Only the lack of a footpath on the road to the house is a small drawback, especially if you were traveling with small children.

A spacious house with lots of art and retro style elements. Three large and one smaller bedroom. The view is beautiful, also from 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The entrance to the house is very steep with sharp bends. Quite a challenge with a larger car. The maintenance leaves something to be desired and so does the cleaning. Screens are missing, while there are many mosquitoes and midgets. The kitchen is small and not very attractive, the rest of the house has more atmosphere.

Cottage corresponded to the description. We were satisfied with the holiday home. The view is great and the service was good.

Great for a holiday on Ligurian coast. Very nice, spacious house. Important: the house is only accessible by car – there is no pavement on the road, so you can't really go anywhere by foot without walking along a fairly dangerous road. For us it wasn't too bad since we have a small baby and were in the house quite a lot. All in all a very pleasant stay!

House to feel good. Downer: Traffic noise, especially motorcycles etc. on the SS.1 can spoil the holiday enjoyment. Approach: The GPS data is not correct and the sat nav indicates a different street.
