Villa Pinia Apartment 4

The holiday apartment and the pool area are very comfortable and clean. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. The large balcony has space for 7 people and has a breathtaking sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host couple lives on the upper floor and were always very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Pleasant atmosphere, pool area very nice & clean, access to the sea was just a few steps, large, spacious accommodation with a fantastic view! Totally quiet in the off-season we used - as we had hoped... Very good restaurants both on the island and in Trogir! Overall, we felt very comfortable and therefore give a convinced "absolutely recommendable"!

We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Pinia. Positives: 1) direct access to the sea - rocky beach with ladder 2) swimmig pool 3) great view 4) quiet place 5) great support from the owner who lives on the top floor flat 6) proximity to Split airport but not in the fly path Negatives: 1) steep motor access - really scary with the car the first time, going down and coming back up 2) no shop in the village - nearest shopping center can only be reached by car (in october)

A wonderful place, quick, everything Just like it should be on vacation. And the economic, very friendly, takes care of every guest and we felt as if we had known each other for years. Thank you

A great place to relax, a mega apartment, delightful owner. It's a pity to go home. Who was there will come back again :)

We recommend. The perfect place to rest. Silence peace. The owners were very nice and cheerful. The view from the windows and terrace - revelation. The driveway - a bit steep, but if someone was in Karpacz or Szklarska, it will be fine. Beach with access to the sea as ladders - 10 m from the property - great, others about 100m. Warm water.

Well-equipped villa, atmospheric spacious interior (apartment for 7 people on the first floor). Great pool and garden, nice owners. House directly on the sea and rocky beach, but nice pebble beach with a small bar right next to it.

Location by the sea is ideal for swimmers, less suitable for non-swimmers, small children and seniors, as there is no non-swimmer zone directly at the accommodation. However, the pebbly beach is accessible by walking along the shore. See object description. Sea water pool without chemicals, water is renewed regularly.
