Several small things were not working well (I had already reported this last year!): the shower door is hard, it slides badly. The bedroom doors close badly or are difficult to close and make noise. The dishwasher did not work (impossible to close the door). There were missing teaspoons. Some things have been fixed, others, not. It remains a very pleasant house, well equipped, with a very spacious and wooded garden, a treat!

We were 4 adults, 1 child of 3 years old. Cleanliness no complaints. Very correct bedding. Spacious bedroom with large closet. Large new shower with permanently hot water. Crockery and accessories in sufficient quantity. Dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. Relax chaise longue Only one negative point but that does not pass: The property is not entirely fenced and no gate, for a family house that accepts animals I do not find it very practical, or even very annoying

I've known Pep for many years! The villa was ideally located for us with our dog, clean and close to the sea! The cistern didn't work at first, but was immediately fixed!

The house is in a great and quiet location. The trees and palm trees in the surrounding park always give natural shade. The rooms are good except for the closets which have a musty smell in order.
