Villa Morny Deauville-Trouville, Normandy

A beautiful, practical and functional rental, located close to everything and very quiet. One downside to housekeeping. Little much better to do!

Bravo for the impeccable state of cleanliness and the complete equipment of this otherwise very bright apartment, well located, with a beautiful view of the racecourse, so very desirable (the neighboring apartments are occupied by permanent residents).

House reasonable, description loop entrance insufficient and not correct garage entrance too small. Garden a mess. Sufficient kitchenware and appliances, cutlery not usable knives forks and spoons let go of the handles. Furniture is sticky and not clean. Good beds and linen. WiFi not suitable for modern equipment. Bathrooms clean.

Easy arrival, great location,... The apartment is perfect for a family getaway for a few days. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and functional The only downside was the small garden under construction but which will be great for a future one....

Rental very well located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Appreciable parking space. Welcome booklet from the agency very explicit in every way. Clean, spacious and well organized apartment (there were 5 of us). On the other hand terrace not accessible because collapsed, that said in front of everyone so no regrets

- rental that lacked cleanliness (moreover given the Covid situation) - rental for 6 people with a mini fridge - only one sofa for 6 people is really light - no water pressure in the downstairs shower - the state on pitiful oven of grime, leaves as it is!!! - all the crockery chipped - cutlery broken!!!

The apartment is well located and well equipped, too bad that the French window opening onto the terrace is condemned and that the garden tables and chairs clutter up the living room.

We were obliged to have a bailiff's report drawn up when we entered the premises. Lamentable state (broken furniture, flooded hot water tank room, nauseating odors in the 2 bathrooms for 15 days, filthy VMC extraction grilles, broken shower hose, knocks and marks on all the walls, no parking space the first few days due to unavailability! etc, etc...) No commercial gesture proposed. We are going to initiate proceedings. See you soon, then.

the lack of dishwasher and washing machine does not allow to consider a long-term rental (15 days for example).

Very well located, quiet (no noise from the street; as for internal noises in the residence, difficult to judge, because we were during the All Saints holidays, there were very few people), the accommodation looks like everything made to the description. It is very practical to have two bathrooms. Only downside: it lacks a few kitchen utensils and you should know that there is no basic product (salt, oil, etc.) on arrival.
