After spending several years on holiday in the same house in Calpe we decided to change. Villa María has offered us improvements in terms of air conditioning, a well-maintained pool and enough space for 12 people. As improvements we would suggest that there should be more kitchenware, especially glasses (there were only 4) and a good washing machine (it does not spin well) and a dishwasher. It also has a table with garden chairs but the number of chairs is insufficient, you have to go around taking the ones from the living room.

The house is good but it is not prepared for winter. It only has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms do not have air conditioning and the 2 dining rooms have nothing to heat.
