THE HOUSE HAS AN AC UNIT THAT DOES NOT WORK, THE DISHWASHER GIVES AN ERROR, THERE IS A WATER LEAK UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK, THE CISTERN OF ONE OF THE TOILETS LEAKS WATER, THE GARDEN IS ABANDONED, THE DOOR TO ACCESS THE GARDEN FROM THE STREET IS FALLEN AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO OPEN IT BECAUSE THERE ARE WEEDS THAT PREVENT IT. THERE WAS ONLY ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER FOR EVERYONE. THE WIFI HAD POOR CONNECTION. I DO NOT THINK IT IS A HOUSE TO RENT AS IT IS NOW AND EVEN LESS FOR THAT PRICE, I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM
