Villa Francia Apartment 2

The location of the villa is very good. At first we didn't have any hot water, but the Interhome staff immediately took care of the problem. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work, so we sweated a lot. The facilities were good. The view of the sea from the terrace was great. Garden furniture is included in the holiday apartment. We had a good holiday there. The parking space in front of the house is very good.

We have been coming to Villa Francia for 15 years now. The gardens are very well maintained, the location is unique. But that was it. The apartment was very worn. Constant smell of urine in the toilet and yellow-brown stains on the floor, mold in the shower, furniture and fittings stained, mattress saggy, kitchen dirty. There was a hole in the bathtub. It's better not to look in the corners. It's a shame, it would have much more potential if the apartment was looked after. We hope for the best for the future.

Very nice and quiet location on a slope with a view of the sea, the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, you can drive to the city in about 10 minutes. The pool is spacious. Free loungers in April. The apartment equipment is mediocre: beds including mattresses need to be upgraded, the couch is worn out, the kitchen is well and modernly equipped. Cleanliness mediocre - the devil is in the details. In any case, this should be improved and worked more thoroughly.
