The descriptions do not reflect the current state of the apartment. It is furnished with very worn-out furniture. The kitchen is rotten, possibly moldy. The bathrooms are outdated. The space available was advertised in advance as being suitable for 6 people. There were 5 of us, and one person had to sleep on the floor. The room for the children is much too small. There are two fans for air conditioning. The well-kept outdoor area and the pool are a plus point.

The complex is on a hillside. Public transport is recommended for older people and those with small children. The endless pool with a magnificent view of the sea is outstanding. There are enough loungers available. However, these cost an extra €4 per half day. There is a free seating area. The holiday apartment is functionally furnished but in need of some renovation (bathroom, kitchen). The garden is well maintained but there are lots of dogs. Unfortunately there is no longer a mini-market or restaurant.

Quiet apartment complex in a good location in Cannes. Great endless pool overlooking the sea. Beautiful and well-kept garden. Underground car park is in need of renovation and not very attractive.
