Villa Etrusca

Lovely position but needs updating -lot of broken pieces around the house and pool area - photo is old therefore showing it in new condition - update photos

Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities in the main building were not in order. For example, water only came out drop by drop from the shower on the ground floor. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the house and the friendly care by Lorenzo. Almost every night barking dogs from the neighborhood was disturbing for some participants. The location is otherwise great between pine and olive trees, highly recommended.

From the outside it was Mediterranean and beautiful. Unfortunately, the interior is very old! The beds are completely worn out, squeak with every movement and very uncomfortable- back pain inevitable! The hygiene was very lacking, first of all we had to clean ourselves. Duvets and pillows were carelessly thrown into the storage room, so that even a spider made a home out of it. Hardly possible to shower in the main building as there are no curtains. side house ok.

The size of the house and the surrounding area correspond to a villa. But unfortunately you can't call the other one a villa. It urgently needs a thorough cleaning and a renovation. Defective lamps and switches, etc. It was missing a bedroom and a bathroom (not as advertised 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) generally very neglected, inside and outside. It would actually be a great property if you looked at it better. Thanks to Interhome, we were able to move to another house after 2 nights.

If necessary, review the electrical installation, otherwise the stay meets our expectations. Xxx is friendly and completely at our disposal. Note, the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Dishwasher okay. Kitchen utensils OK. Swimming pool OK, we can add 1 or 2 parasols. Thank you for this stay.

If the house and pool were cleaned, everything would be perfect.

The place was beautiful and the courtyard with the swimming pool was cozy. Unfortunately, there was no advance information that the house will no longer be heated in May, so the damp and cold bedding and the coldness of the whole house were a surprise. Part of the group got sick because of this. There were problems with the functionality of the electricity, e.g. for the washing machine. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen, but not all the tools related to cooking could be found. The person in charge of the apartment was friendly and helpful. Thanks to him for the olive oil!

Very good stay. Hazards: very low water flow in the bathrooms, kitchen cleanliness leaving something to be desired, limited kitchen utensils.
