Villa Caleta

Beautiful house with very nice pool with garden but very warm. Air conditioning is present but may not be used. Not in the description but visible in the photos. But this is really necessary. A good night's sleep can be forgotten because of the heat. Interhome has provided fans to still have some refreshment. House was very neat, pool is great and well maintained.

A beautiful house, spoiled! Bad beds, dirty, few covered glasses and cups to throw away! Uncleaned utensils, horribly poorly maintained bathrooms, scary grabbing taps, and broken, crushed and old appliances. Torn blankets and the year pum! Bad smells under the sink… laundry room… better not to mention it…. Rusty the washing machine and floor full of junk without sweeping in 8 years .. rusty hanger ... the photos are misleading! There is no air conditioning !! Walls all dirty !! Pain!

We have rented a house with interhome several times and this house will be the last time twice! House poorly cleaned, windows do not close, 2 broken taps (kitchen and shower room) fridge does not work also almost no utensils in the kitchen we reported to Interhome the problem which was solved on the day of our departure !! What's the use of renting a house if you can't cook in it. Very sad experience ...

The pool is incredible and the kids had a great time. Against: Regarding the house, cleaning should be improved since it is quite fair. The kitchenware is also fairly fair (eg there is no cutting board or knife that cuts properly). On the outside grass very deteriorated in some places. There is no possibility of having an umbrella. Pros: The incredible pool. We had 2 incidents that Interhome solved immediately.

Negative: - no washing machine, although mentioned in the description - grill is rather decoration, no grate available - cutlery in short supply - beds are extra beds with mega hard mattresses Positive: - quiet location - close to the beach - great pool (deep, good for jumping) everything All in all, it was a nice and cheap vacation with a beautiful view of the sea (partly covered). But those who value little things should look for something else.

Well located, well equipped and very cozy accommodation. Very poor maintenance: dampness, damaged cabinets (kitchen and rooms), rust in metal areas, pool that does not drain well, artificial grass in poor condition, etc. With a good maintenance update it would make for a great accommodation.

The house is really cool and access is easy. Three minutes from a cove and eight from the town of L´Ametlla. Wi-Fi a bit lacking given current standards. Very satisfied.

Very satisfied good place

A great property with a mega pool. It needs a little renovation and the kitchen equipment is scarce for 8 people. The light system should be somewhere as an explanation. The way to the cliffs is short and the view from the terrace is great. It wasn't so nice that there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom upstairs, but I think if you let the water run when there is no guest, then it would be ok. Artificial turf could be renewed, it is already a bit worn.

Very disappointed I recommend this house to anyone.

The house is about 10 minutes from a wonderful bay. You can see the sea from the terrace as well as from the master bedroom. Unfortunately, the house is a bit spoiled. The kitchen equipment is great, but we missed a toaster. Unfortunately, not all of the doors to the outside could be opened. The warm water was not permanently available. On the penultimate day we unfortunately didn't have any more. The gate opened automatically. Unfortunately, the remote control for the courtyard gate did not always work, which was very annoying because it could not be opened by hand and we sometimes had to try for up to 1/2 hour to get the gate open. There was a shower in the electrical bathroom, but unfortunately it didn't work. The pool was clean and well maintained. Washing machine was also available. There was also enough seating for four people in the living room. The keys were handed over in a locker, the keys were returned by dropping them in a mailbox.

On arrival pool was not clean. This was only cleaned on the 5th day. Heating was not working. We have often sat in evenings. We did find a small heating system in the house, which was not sufficient. In the kitchen there may be best bread basket, knives and cutting board and plateaus are present. Washing machine was not easy to find, was locked. Until we contacted interhome.
