Villa Caiterzi Velletri, Lazio

Nice quiet place in a nice house. Environment is quiet and somewhat remote, but via the train in Campoleone you are quickly in Rome or by car on the coast or at the lakes. Facilities in the cottage are fine and tidy and owners very friendly and approachable. There is no WiFi and 4G range is limited, no dishwasher, but other facilities are very fine. You can sit outside under the awning or between the olive trees in the garden. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed 10 nights (not 7 as stated!). The accommodation is very dark and the view from the terrace overlooks a barrier! In our search criteria, we prioritize air conditioning. This one broke down after 4 nights!!!... We also missed WIFI. The hosts are very friendly people.

very beautiful villa where we had a wonderful stay. Corresponds in all respects to the description. The owners are very friendly and available. The proximity to Rome is great with the possibility of taking the train in the village (1 train every hour for Rome). I recommend.

Beautiful house, quiet, with space to accommodate families with children (games, small bikes, balls, etc. are available) but also for childless couples who love the countryside. Only downside, the access road is bumpy, but like many roads around. The owners are super friendly and very available and accommodating, I recommend
